Belle turned one on Friday! We can't believe how fast this past year has gone. She is the sweetest thing to us! We had a nice little party with the three of us to celebrate. (My parents joined on videochat for presents and the eating of the cake!) Here is our birthday girl!

She can walk by herself, but still prefers to walk holding my hand.

Oh my goodness--it's hard to believe that she's been here for a whole year. I sure do wish that I got to spend more time snuggling with her, singing to her, and giving her chocolate cake and ice cream!
Sooo cute. I'm with mom, I sure wish I got to play more time with her. But, she rarely sleeps with me anymore...we just like to Play! Yay for loving chocolate cake on first birthdays. :)
What a wonderful post about such a wonderful little girl! We can't believe how fast the time has flown! She is getting so big! It's fun to see how much personality she has in those pictures. We can't wait to see her again!

Has it already been a year?!!!! I swear we were just talking on the phone a couple days after you had her! And here you are...mommy of a one-year-old! Looks like it was so fun. I miss you...we need to talk soon. I just love Belle's face - she's just so adorable! From here on out the time will fly. The first bday always made me baby hungry...until this last time:) I finally realized I wanted more time to enjoy it. Well, I'll call soon. Give Belle a big hug for me! Love you!
